Terms of service (draft)
The user agreement is a draft awaiting lawyer review. It exists in Simplified Chinese (with Russian) and in Traditional Chinese; no English version has been prepared yet.
Drafts are not in force: they set no operating entity, price, refund or data-retention terms yet. An English version will be provided after lawyer review, and only then.
